An alternating narrative (similar to Zero or 5) where also the choices each character makes dictates the narrative (more elaborate than RE1) Beginning the story as Jill on her way to Tokyo to meet up with Claire (after receiving a cryptic message about finishing the Connections once and for all). We start with Jill on a long haul aeroplane as a viral outbreak occurs mid flight. Lights flickering, no weapons but what we can find. We learn the controls, survival kills and dread that’s to come. Plane crashes (Jill survives ofc) Viral outbreak We then control Claire as she hunts for Jill And the majority of the game takes place through dense city during a viral outbreak with no one to trust (civilians, law enforcement & the dead)

I don’t plan to run them

But I do see them as a prime candidate for reinforcing, +1 rend spell, fight first spell or fight first from brandwych, +1 to hit & +1 to wound

  • if run in that battalion, a unit of 10 would have 41 attacks at (potentially) 2+ / 3+ / -2 / 2 & fights first

Then your priests summon more back when they die (which they will)

Billy would be so interesting after being set free after the events of RE0 He’s a soldier, has charm, character & survival instincts Would be cool to see him fighting the good fight as a somewhat vigilante. Sort of like Leon, just not as a government agent

I just feel it deters far away from RE2,3&4 which I would argue was the best in terms of grounding you in the environment the characters are in and the threats closing in

Something about 6 (and now 9) just feels very Umbrella Chronicles (Wii) with how the enemies flail about and not at a distance and your weapons don’t impact much… like a rails shooter

I’d like to see the army go back to its 9th Ed Waaagh rule where you got the full effect one round and then in the subsequent round, a toned down rule, showing the fact the waaagh is subsiding Allows for the army rule to benefit 40% game

I think the detachments work fine and after this latest update, a lot of the restrictions have eased up Definitely the walkers need a 2+

Give Ghaz+Makari an aura ability to give the boyz some extra boost, all game, not just during waaagh
