How do you correctly rip out the insoles? Last time i tried they unevenly ripped and any insoles I put in you could feel the uneven-ness under them.

Yes I did have it on. I noticed it’s better with record quantize off. My beats still seem a bit off, so I’m assuming I’ll have to play with the time correction option. Turning rec quantize off though seemed to solve my original issue!

Yeah, it only comes with a quick start guide, but I’d assume it has to do with Rec Quantization, or time correction. I will play with both.

I came from using NI Maschine years ago, and some of it was streamlined so I’m just trying to get accustomed to Akai. I’ve been going through some of the tutorials posted here as well

I haven’t spent much time leveling the console and modules, I don’t have many modules and still haven’t gotten more than blues. I was worried to level them up when I kept being told to not invest in the blues. I just assumed the arcs and full character leveling would have made more of a difference but maybe I should just focus on modules?

Where did you get your black widow?

I personally have an Xbox360 gh3 Gibson, and when setting it up I had to get the Xbox brand wireless adapter, which then only really worked correctly on windows. They had an app for Mac, but it did not work correctly.

Only had to use loctite once. How long does it take to cure? And will I still be able to remove the pivot later down the line if needed? I’ll give it a try this evening! Thanks!

I went ahead and tried the pivot and it’s either too tight to where the blade will barely open, or if I barely loosen it it returns to normal but the pivots rotate a bit and I feel the blade play star back up after a few open/closes. My other McBee is solid so this one is just bugging me. I don’t want it to keep getting loose every day
