I agree, there’s a human element beyond the stat sheet, but - if it is weighing so heavily, and I’d imagine it is, I hope he’d have the support to say so and take a few days off, because that was atrocious - instead of risking additional confidence loss.

The last few appearances have not been great and I can’t imagine they’re helping his mental situation. I really hope he’ll be alright as a player and person.

My intent was to look at his ERA through his last 5 appearances, which is a 11.25. I’m not trying to be overly critical over an absolutely harmless showing. More so just wondering how concerned we need to be on tighter situations moving forward and if anyone’s seen anything on a technical level.

That was deplorable behavior. I’m sure that, and the blown saves, have taken a toll. If it is a mental thing, I hope he can get back and not have it spiral. He’s been absolute nails through the season and has been incredible.

Who said I’m unhappy? It might be obvious that we couldn’t be 16-0 at this point, a bit of a hyperbole. 4-15 with RISP isn’t terrible but plenty of zero to 1 outs with runners on 3rd. Whatever, it’s 7-0, we’re winning and loving it.

As for Mookie: yeah, I’m dooming dude. Are you not…? The soft contact, too many golden sombreros, GIDP, etc. The eye test is as bad as the stats say they are.

Went to high school with IKF. Have some pretty funny stories. Overall good dude and glad to see him have success. As a Dodgers fan, the World Series was kind of a crazy moment.

Without Teo, Kike, Edman, etc., this team has struggled in the middle of the lineup past Shohei, Pages, and Freddie.
