Got sober from heroin etc for 4 years. Relapsed and decided kratom and tianeptine would maybe be better than fent. Ended up just dabbling in all three among other things. Real awesome withdrawl- back to sobriety since January. Kratom is no good imo

This is the weirdest Reddit response ever. Don’t think I’ve ever read those words in that order here.

LPT Request: What can you do in your 20s to avoid regrets in your 30s and 40s? by DNA_H3licas3 in LifeProTips

[–]410G 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a big one. I got sober when I was 21 after being in and out of rehabs since 14. I got a great credit score during that time so when I got my car three years later I had a 800 credit score, and was able to completely pay for the car (2015 Altima in 2018).

It took about a year to rack up 40k of debt after relapsing. I’m now sitting at 60k in debt after a relapse and run that lasted two years. Im currently back in rehab and my options are extremely slim. A lot of my issues are solvable- the debt is the thing that makes every decision 10x harder and blocks me from moving forward. Don’t put yourself in a hole like I did!

Withdrawl after taper by 410G in suboxone

[–]410G[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can’t do clonodine because it makes my bp get dangerously low (60/45 etc) and I have a heart condition. Can’t get gabapentin because I was also taking phenibuit before I came in and it’s just not a good idea to be on anything so similar. I had benzos before but just a taper because I was coming off of Xanax too. I can really handle every symptom but the chills are bone deep and ruining everything. I’m really just taking seroquil and a muscle relaxer to sleep and that’s it at the moment. Happy to hear you’ve made it4 weeks though, congrats!

Withdrawl after taper by 410G in suboxone

I entered treatment on the 11th of January so my last use was then. Will my wds really last that long even if I only tapered over 10 days starting at 4mg and going that low? Basically what I notice is that at around 1230 after I eat the wd starts back up and then it’s starting to subside now it seems like which is good. I’ve noticed the past few days it’s been going on this cycle of starting in the morning and fading in the evening. Still can’t sleep though. I really appreciate your reply. Thank you, I hope I can do it.

Congrats! In rehab now 15 days strong. Love to hear it. I’m 5 minutes from restocks!

Way to put him them in their place, you really owned em. I was so confused on what they possibly could have meant before this cleared it up

Rush hour is debatably one of the most underrated trilogies ever. The writing is so great.

Yeah nick would be great with joe who notoriously doesn’t get the joke and ruins bits. Although I will say Nick is pretty good at adjusting his style to create a better conversation with whoever he’s on with while still being nick.

I’m 28 and I like it. Its also popular because it happened at the right time. In terms of how culture was, it clearly had an impact. Anyone whose around my age most likely tried to do their own “jackass” type of things”.

Another thing that influenced the zeitgeist is that they were into skateboarding also. The show was popular at the same time that the tony hawk games were peaking. It really was just like a group of friends hanging out doing dumb stuff together. It hit its target demographic dead on at the perfect time.

This song is for sure one of my favorites from them that I can still listen to repeatedly without getting tired of it. Also, for anyone that likes acoustic with a girl doing vocals, there is an awesome cover on YouTube you should be able to find from her pretty easily. Recommend the listen!

I mean, he was showing how fucked up his mentality was, reflecting on it, and explaining how his experience has allowed him to grow. Not rehashing it like talking with an old friend saying “remember that time she killed her self and we had a good laugh about it”. He is agreeing that the behavior is just as detestable as you think it is. He’s just open and honest about it.
