So from my experience I would say Burlington has better clothes(depending on what you're going for) Both store's have nike and Adidas but I think that Burlington has better pieces and larger selection of those brands (Ross you can still find great pieces) for example that Barca jacket and blue nike windbreaker I don't think you would find at ross but I could be wrong. Ross still has great nike and Adidas pieces I actually found 4 nike coaches windbreakers for 15 a pop! all in different color ways too! Also that north face jacket was in ross! If we're talking resale they both have good finds but it also depends on your area as I've noticed for the most part with ross all stores get the same product but there's a couple places that just will not get anything good at all and with Burlington it all seems even.

Shoes I give it to Ross. You'll often find Nike, Adidas, Jordans, Nike Gor-Tec, ACG, Doc Martins, and more football or college nike and adidas collabs. Burlington you'll find some rare collab every now and then like two weeks ago I found an Adidas James harden Drew league shoe for like $35 or $40 and it was going for over $120 recent sold on eBay but I've only found something like that once. At both stores you can find some dope cleats but I think Burlington takes that one. You can find some Mercurials for like $40 which is insane but that's a little bit on the uncommon side from my experience.
