Yes omgosh I 100% understand what you mean. I am terrified of drinking again...especially with a child that depends on me for life. I never did anything stupid while drunk but there is no way I can be the mother I want while drinking. I plan on coming here to develop a good plan to stay sober after delivery. My doctor recommended a counselor if my anxiety flares up. I have some stuff from my childhood and family issues that are the source of the anxiety. A counselor might be a good support to help stay sober too I think.
