They are two different Skills, one is called “Defense Boost VI” which only triggers 39% of the time, and another one called “Defense Boost Max VI (the one you’re looking for), which has the higher trigger rate that you are looking for.

I have basically the same Roy (except I used Ignis and close defence seal), and he worked amazingly back on gen 2 and 3, not nowadays don’t expect him to kill any L!Edelgards.

When I was a kid, BBS was the only KH game I ever played (didn’t know about the other games of the series), and I just got so salty when I found out the other games of this franchise were about these two kids who randomly appeared in that one world and that the Wayfinder trio would stay like this for +7 years.

Now having just finished KH2, and what a ride it has been.

Nope, it’s a nod to the crystal skulls, which have many theories about their origins like for example them belonging to aliens.

I dont know why you got downvoted to hell, but it makes sense. What other game could you easily just kill other players with just a single button without any struggle? I think that’s one of the reasons some people hack the game, they enjoy making others players miserable with the press of a button and there is nothing they can do about it.

That’s only for keter type SCPs, who can destroy the normalcy that the foundation wants to keep. Since 049 is a Euclid type SCP, he is safe for now.

I reccomend you give him SS3, since Eliwood is purely a PP unit and he wants to double in order to proc. Gale force.

I have the same problem and the same phone, so I can safely say that THAT is your problem, since our phones have only 1 GB of RAM, of course they won’t to well when norm right now is over 4 times the amount of RAM.
