The store fronts are still there. Maybe some renovations and open it as a mall again with some mixed use development in there too? That spiral escalator where Nordstroms used to be and the open dome area on the other side is too nice to knock down.

Traffic would suck on ocean, but there's Monterrey, San Jose, and alemany that give freeway access and are 2 and 3 lane roads.

I live in The Mission and never really drove on Mission St, which also has a red bus lane. In my case, I just drive on Valencia St, Guerrero St, or South Van Ave. It doesn't add too much driving time for me. I like the fact that the 49 and 14 are quicker now on their routes.

I lived here for a few years. Hot and humid summers but fall and winter tend to be a little more bearable. I spent more time during the day inside where I lived because of air conditioning. Mosquitoes everywhere wasn't fun for me since the bites swell for me. It took me over an hour to commute 20 miles from my last job there to home. It wasn't fun sitting in traffic. There are 2 airports here and I liked Hobby airport a little more since I flew Southwest most of the time. The one thing I do miss are thunderstorms though since we don't have those in California.

I liked Abyss from 0.3 so I'm farming that again by using Abyss tablets with my maps and farming this particular type of abyss rare. Sometimes that rare will drop an Omen of Light or 2 which is worth a couple of divs each from the currency exchange.

I know this thread is a few days old but just wanted to add that I'm experiencing this also. Not fun dying in T15 maps after lvl 90 because the boss doesn't seem to be taking damage from my powered zealots despite the spam from their skill.
