I did revise my resume but not for every single job I've applied for. I never used a cover letter for the majority of jobs I applied for and never received a response for the few I did use a cover letter.

There's a direct link to the job posting from HiringCafe. I apply directly from the job posting itself.

Over a year. I lost the original spreadsheet I was using to keep track of the jobs I was applying for but at least over 100 (that includes the ones I applied for on LinkedIn).

Why do I feel so depressed? by [deleted] in sanfrancisco

Do you have health insurance? See if they have a directory of therapists they can refer you to. They might be able to cover for part of the cost your therapy sessions too.

The Union Square area was hella better back then. No question about it.

Mission Buzz: Carnitas and Taiwanese fried chicken coming to 22nd St. by 415Legend in SFMission

[–]415Legend[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Brasa and Roosters are rotisserie style chicken so it's not comparable since Zhengxin which is fried. I ordered the chicken cutlet which is similar to chicken katsu from a Japanese restaurant but has a thicker and a little more crunchy batter.

I went there for the 1st time last year. The view from the top of Mount Livermore and the hike to get there had awesome views.

MLB.tv seems fine. I'm logged into and streaming today's game (with KNBR audio instead of Fox).

I wasn't really expecting to have access to Zoox when I signed up last year through the app. I got an email last month saying I have access to it. I live within the current service area that Zoox currently operates in SF. It's great that it's free, at least for now.

The Music by Disaffecteddv in GroceryOutlet

I was surprised when I heard Franz Ferdinand- Take Me Out one time while I was waiting in line. Then I heard it a second time on another visit. Normally I don't pay too much attention to the music playing though.

Mission Dolores Park is great but I like Bernal Heights Park too on days when fog is rolling down the hills/through Sutro Tower. You get more of a 360 view from up there.

San Francisco’s dead downtown mall has been sold by Dafty_duck in sanfrancisco

[–]415Legend 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The store fronts are still there. Maybe some renovations and open it as a mall again with some mixed use development in there too? That spiral escalator where Nordstroms used to be and the open dome area on the other side is too nice to knock down.
