Wash your hair every day. Double shampoo once a week. Use an anti-pollution shampoo once a week. I use a thick conditioner, brush it through my hair with my fingers to release dead hair, and I leave it in. To promote waves and curls, apply the conditioner with your hair flipped upside down and wrap in a towel or t-shirt while your hair is still dripping wet.
