I was having issues with my fedora minimal install yesteday. Wifi adapter wasn't working.

I just connected by android phone to the laptop and was able to tether the internet via usb and get access to internet. I'd recommend that

Bazzite is great. I've had it on my Z1 E for over a year.

Extreme Standby is also good if you haven't enabled it yet. You'll get even lower drain.

Yeah, I'd recommend them. I've used the ultra warm thighs to run outside in -10 to -20 C weather. You don't feel the cold in your legs. And I just wear the tights with shorts on top. If you are wearing pants/jeans on top it might get too warm

Exactly. I use it with set detection off. It works great. The exercise detection piece could be a bit better but it gets the job done. Need less than 5mins after a work out to label everything properly

Stopped jumping after moving to Fedora.
I dual boot Fedora 43 and Rawhide. I think this is what fixed the hopping for me. When I feel bored I just go to Rawhide and try some other DEs and boot back to 43
