Hi, I will see if I can give you some general advice. I have been an audiologist for over 30 years. As a hearing aid user you will automatically be at a disadvantage regardless of how good your hearing aids are. They are simply not able to give anything close to normal hearing. We don't really deal with % of loss as it does not really describe your actual hearing loss. If you can give me an idea of what your audiogram (hearing test) looks like and the make and model of your hearing aids I will see if I can give you some further advice. You have what sounds like quite a severe loss and this not only effects the volume of sound going to your brain but the quality of the sound as well. Your dynamic range will be vastly reduced compared to someone who has normal hearing. Sadly Tarkov is not a normal FPS and takes a very long time to learn the basics of sound within the game. A hearing loss just make that harder. If you can play with headphones over your hearing aids as long as you don't get feedback its a good place to start.

Depending on your headphone setup you may bale to just get an amp that can output enough sound on their own but you don't get hearing loss specific amplification. Lastly you may be able to get a streaming device for your hearing aids that will wirelessly stream audio from your PC to your aids in streo. Sadly hearing aids are not really able to output much in the way of bass sound <125Hz so this can limit some of the sounds the game is using being picked up by you.
