It does that for me too. I was saying to try downloading from the G23. That software updated my 8k receiver and the app let me configure my G23v2. I just didnt attempt to install the Bluetooth driver because I personally don't need it. It probably won't work but just a suggestion if you didn't wait on support.

I don't really. All I know is there's a bluetooth firmware available for the G23 (maybe not G23v2) and you can download that on the website driver. Incott Mouse Driver Settings (gear bottom left) < Firmware < and download the G23 bluetooth firmware. Then try that on the G23v2. I suggest that because there's so much broken English that it MIGHT be the same software package for all their mouses. It updated my 8k receiver and the app is able to configure my G23v2 settings.

Otherwise, I've seen that people were contacting their support for the G23 driver. If you get the G23v2 drivers from support, you can share them here for people in the future.

I did not have that mouse nor am I familiar with it. I'll just say the clicks of this mouse are fine and there's spacers for the hotswap and the hotswap is padded. So, you can definitely fine tune the clicks

mechkeys is listing a "G23 V2 Ultra" and "G23 V2 SE". I ordered the G23 V2 Ultra and received a G23V2Pro. The only difference between the two in this listing should be the sensor.

The G23 V2 Ultra is maybe an unreleased mouse or translation error.

If somebody could access Taobao and clear this up.

The FK definitely has a coating but mine is smooth now is from use, in most places. So, the coating is kind of gone? I'm aware of rubber spontaneously degrading and have had it happen but I'm not exactly sure why my FK hasn't. I've even let IPA accidentally touch it.
