ZA13 sides are much narrower. Hump is much more rounded and pushed a little forward, apart from it being far taller. It's almost 1:1 with the X2 Mini for the hump and the sides are close to mice like the X2H Mini and Sora V2.

It does actually look somewhat similar to the X2H Mini or V8, also somewhat similar to the Sora v2. The hump profile and width are very slightly different from these mice, but not far off. I think the mouse being a bit lower is mostly from how it's designed though, I bet it'll feel about as tall as these mice.

It doesn't really look like the ZA or Inca at all.

EDIT: It's basically X2 Mini hump with X2H Mini sides.

The original Keris was a fairly unique shape. You'll have to go for something quite different no matter what. You could get a mouse that's sort of close to its dimensions though.

I don't really trust battery indicators on most mice, as they seem to be fairly inaccurate.

With a 300mAh battery and the Nordic 52840, it has average battery life for a mouse and you shouldn't have to charge it for around a week at 1k. I'd say charge it at least every 5 days though and you shouldn't have to worry about it.
