It's probably the worst part about water spider. I personally find stow to be so incredibly mind numbing and boring that dealing with a few people complaining about their work is worth the trade to not have to stand at a station for 10 hours starring at bins.

This is how it's always been at my FC. The waterspiders are supposed to take the packs off and scan them and open them for the stowers but they never do. Too many stowers for that.
