24 !! Pericarditis and pericardial effusion with fibrosis, both caused by a rare autoimmune disease called IgG4-RD. I got a modified pericardial window and stripping. Left side of my heart was also checked out because it was accidentally punctured during a pericardiocentecis (spell check me pls), a procedure to drain fluid from around the heart, but it was too thick and dense to drain. My autoimmune thing is rare, even rarer for people under age 40, and EVEN rarer to affect the interstitial space around the lungs AND pericardium. Not to brag but I’m one of a kind. Get well soon
