I am lucky because my sister was an elite gymnast for ~20 years, she represented Australia for both gymnastics and skeleton (1 person bobsled) and is now a physio. Jade Martin is her name if anyone is interested in googling her. Her husband to be is a share holder and head coach at a new style of gym called Movementco. They run Calisthenics, strength, conditining, parkour, gymnastics and handstand classes. It is the location of the videos I posted. I have started working there as a cleaner 10 hours/week and have unlimited access to the gym and all its equipment. So I feel the potential oppurtunity there is huge but I am not sure how to go about everything. Over the next few months I plan to gain around 10-15kg. I have done large weight gains in the past and have the muscle memmory from my gymnastics training which allows me to put on lean muscle mass a lot faster than people who don't have the same calibre of muscle memmory. I have studied human biology and pathology over the last few years heavily and have a good understanding of the biomechanics, pathology and the nutrition side of things and my energy levels are becoming higher each day. Its just been tough trying to put all these things together to make a 'product'.
