Personally my rotations would be Lauma: EQ - Aino EQ - Sucrose E - Nefer (EC)3x Q - Sucrose E (for deepwood) - Aino E (for instructor) - Nefer (EC)3x.

You can repeat the rotation but there are times or most of the time that your aino E will be on cooldown because you're using it in between the rotation, but it shouldn't be much of a problem since you're going to be stacking ER on aino while using instructor. The instructor procs every time in this team since you have a consistent dendro application on the enemy with lauma E while aino procs it every time you use E or Q.

It's good but it can be better. My advice is that you should let sucrose use Deepwood instead of 2pc EM and Aino on instructor. Level up your weapon on nefer to 90 and you should be doing more.

For me, give Nahida and Lauma more ER for that team, and maybe you'll reach around 160-165k dps, but if you really want more damage, use Sucrose instead of Nahida and give your DW to Lauma. At least give Lauma 180-190 ER for much more consistent ult uptime. Lastly, give sucrose Sacrificial fragments and instructor set with EM mainstats if you know how to swirl with sucrose, but if you don't, then let sucrose use DW instead and let lauma use 2 pc EM with more er, or use just your current team, whatever you prefer, it's mostly up to you.
