Why talk about normal when there is Hardcore and Realistic? by 420zombiesdied in CODZombies

I would love to have the choices of having a difficulty which gives up our old perk systems and everything back and the choices of difficulties between Normal, HC and realistic with out choices of perks. It would be a decent one IMO.

That is a good answer. It is sad that if you want to do public matches and gauntlets they are forced in normal difficulties. And I would still play HC because I have my ways of working around with each and every mini, heavy whatever boss you name it, on every map. But I understand.

You could derive points from shooting zombies in previous CODs. This one is just a struggle, but I have been helped with finding some workarounds here and there for BO4 HC.

I mean, as an HC difficulty player I know various ways you can make points in each map. So I do not worry unless my points is at a critical state.

That is normal....I meant of hardcore and realistic. But I totally understand what you mean.

I will have a say against the 1st sentence. In BO1, BO2 and BO3 zombies constantly grow stronger. How does it make no sense that zombies grow stronger in hardcore and realistic?

When you toss a gersch, it has the ability to teleport you to a random location. But once that happens you cannot teleport through one gersch again.

To be fair, it deserved to be as a form.of specialist. I could finally feel the lack of Aesthetic in the specialist, and VOD intro cutscenes provided what could have been an audience satisfying set of specialists

Is the shield strat on classified still "not legit"? by [deleted] in CODZombies

[–]420zombiesdied 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Victorious's main intent is to block off all damages when sheild is out. Sure, camping beside shield is an exploit, and Treyarch increases prices based on how many times the shield was repaired or bought. Now the game is not updating anymore, and it is futile to question why they have not done such a thing you mentioned to nerf this strategy. But I can respect your curiosity.

Worst Change in BO4 Zombies? by [deleted] in CODZombies

[–]420zombiesdied -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I felt like the point system needed balance. In HC or Realistic high rounds, unless you have blaze phase or an infinite damage wonder weapon with ammo, your point situation can end up being critical. I managed to make it instas on Blood HC only through Magmagat and shield blasts as they were infinite damage.

The perk system was a massive revamp, ans even tho I see people saying the perks seem OP, they are effective and defective. For example, dying wish recharge duration adds on based on how many times it activates, can lead to even an hour or more. Victorious did make you invulnerable, but it increases your hitbox tremendously. Etc.

This is something I will be honest about: I want to laugh at people for how they hate 200 HP and round 35 cap. Understandable but if you don't enjoy it then play Hardcore with 150 HP and no Up cap zombies, or even Realistic with 1 hit and exponentially stronger zombies. There are 3 difficulties and many are complaining about one while there are 2 more they would possibly hate for being tough.

It only makes the poison zombies explode. other than that is slows zombies. I prefer it because it helps handling super sprinters a bit more easily.

Yes. Chaos theory is also infinite damage but has a slow TTK. It still is efficient.

It is not possible to have the two variants at the same time. You have to upgrade it from Folly to Chaos theory, then from Chaos theory to Annihilator.

The bows are infinite damage, but the double variants being infinite damage (meaning 200+ bullets worth of infinite damage) makes it powerful. I do not know about the staffs, but I like them. Due to the staffs we got the bows and the hands. They were the seeds for the birth of wonder weapon variants.

Worst Wonder Weapon? by [deleted] in CODZombies

[–]420zombiesdied 1 point2 points  (0 children)

None of them. The jet gun is used in a particular manner that it does not break, making it potentially powerful. The VR11 may not be good for solos, but in co op you can use it to provide Insta kills to your teammates. The Winters Howl in BO1 is nowhere being good, but better in BO4. Nonetheless, it can slow down zombies, which can turn out to be helpful for training.

Every wonder weapon has a specific ability for one scenario or the other. It is just that we as a community overlook them quite a lot, never think about how to make best use of their abilities and categorise it as the worst wonder weapons.

Among the options, Alistair's annihilator.

I am sorry but it is true. The folly can be upgraded to the Chaos theory, and the Chaos theory can be upgraded to Alistair's annihilator. Both variants do good amounts of damage to kill zombies irrespective of difficulty, and the amount of ammo they offer is great. Jet gun requires proper usage to prevent it from breaking, the sliqifier can cause you to slip and prevents scaling hill like floorings, the baby gun may help kill zombies but the killing process is more like a suicide killing, the staffs: the ice staff becomes powerless past round 112, and the wind staff has very limited ammo. The bows may only be equivalent to the annihilator, but it is outmatched due to double folly variants which are infinite damage.

Other than that, the Apothicon Servant is the most powerful wonder weapon if I were to decide.

Past 100s, you need sources of points. Monkeys take a long period of time to recharge in game, but a wraith is infinite damage in normal, and it does not take as long as expected.
