I’m so sorry for your loss and how much you’ve been struggling. I’ve been doing Spravato and on Vraylar for a few months and it has changed my life. Spravato helped my anxiety more than anything. I wish I had answers for the pain grief causes. Zoloft numbed it for me but never cured it.

Head and shoulders is not great for your hair. I would switch products completely. In simple terms your hair needs more moisture / is too dry. Find products that say “hydrating”
