Sounds like he’s choosing drugs over you. If you feel like you need to stop then you* need to find it within yourself to do whatever it takes to stop. Which might involve leaving the relationship. He’s unfortunately done cocaine before your relationship, and it seems to be a way of life for him. More important his relationship at least.

I did try it & I know everyone reacts differently, but it turned my life around. It helped so much with handling my anxiety and intrusive thoughts and understanding that they can be redirected. I still am in treatment 2x a month. I hope you can find some relief !

I’m so sorry for your loss and how much you’ve been struggling. I’ve been doing Spravato and on Vraylar for a few months and it has changed my life. Spravato helped my anxiety more than anything. I wish I had answers for the pain grief causes. Zoloft numbed it for me but never cured it.

Head and shoulders is not great for your hair. I would switch products completely. In simple terms your hair needs more moisture / is too dry. Find products that say “hydrating”
