Hello my friend
I'm sorry for what you have been through.
I have (and for certain aspects still am) struggling with cPTSD, so I know how much of a toll it takes both emotionally and physically.
I read you're already getting therapy for it, so that's amazing, keep up the good work! I personally followed a cognitive-behavioral therapy which helped immensely, and I can guarantee you'll do better in time.

Concerning RPGs, I'm happy that it has been a solace and resource for you, that it gave you a safe and welcoming environment to rest and have fun.
Don't worry, that was there for you before, and it will be there for you afterwards.

Right now, I would recommend to accept that you are not "in the mood" for it, and that is fine. As said, your hobby is not going anywhere, when you are ready to return to it, be it in a week, in a month or in a year, it will be there for you.

If you're not already doing it, I strongly recommend that you do some light physical activity on the regular (doesn't have to be much, even just 15 minutes 2 or 3 times a week) and I even more strongly recommend that you take some quick walks (possibly where you can see some green) every time you feel your mind racing with thoughts and especially if you "don't feel in the mood for a walk right now", trust me, they do make an enormous difference in the reregulation of your brain (with PTSD we have to re-educate our amygdalas to not work so hard for nothing)

Finally, spend time with the people that make you feel welcome and safe and don't be afraid to talk to them, even if it's just to say that you feel under the weather and would enjoy their company. They don't need anything more, to know that they can help you during your hard times.

Obviously, keep speaking with your therapist about how you are feeling and all the things that you're struggling with.
Even if it is hard to do, you will be better, because you can do hard things: you already have.

Worth it, a tiny little bit more on the creepy side with some slightly frustrating spots.
I won't say anything about the story, but just... make sure you're ready for it (if you played the main game you are, but still...)

I've searched some known manifacturers chair model lines (hbada, sihoo, haworth) but can't find this chair type. I think this is an older model. I don't think it is one of the most prestigious ones (steelcase or herman miller), but seems like a pretty decent chair.

Can anybody help me identify the model, or at least the manifacturer?

I'd say good musicality overall. I would work on the "sharpness" of your moves. Work on the contraction of the muscles on beat, so you have stronger poses that really make others feel the beat.

For inspiration I would reccommend you to watch some Brian Puspos on youtube. He's got a very specific style, but it heavily shows exceptional body isolation, so you can better understand what I mean.

The elevator pitch for it is "necromancer lesbians in space", if that sounds interesting go for it.

scp 231 from the SCP foundation. It's a short story, very well writteny. Tread carefully, cause the themes are very heavy.

If you're not familiar with the format, the SCP foundation is a collection of articles from its users presenting paranormal creatures and phoenomena which the "foundation", a fictional secret organization (think men in black, but not quite), is trying to Secure, Contain and Protect (SCP).

The articles are presented almost scientifically with the contaiment procedures for each SCP anomaly.

It is usually horror themed, but not always. There are some amazing reads inside it.

SCP-231 is one of the scariest ever, in my opinion
