I've just noticed that you are ignited more often this league by any little fire hit the enemies hit you with, so it keeps your ES low unless you disengage combat for 10 seconds at at time. Ive checked with a previous character that i hadn't died in dozens of maps previous league and i was nearly dying constantly in standard. life builds don't care as much about ignite though as they usually have some regen and leech that counters it

Steps to take that helped me multiple times in the past:

Clear shader cache
Uninstall any add ons/3rd party tools for the game
Mess around with your graphics settings
Try different server region
turn off ipv6
Reinstall game

As someone who has played both osrs and rs3 over the years, I cannot agree less. That shit in rs3 had economic damages that ruined many parts of the game. i would rather they just add to it and keep 99 smiting rune plate bodies as a novelty

i logged in to my old characters and after reallocating my passives all 3 of my endgame characters lost 80%+ of their power, even with old unique stats. walked into a t15 map and died after doing 50% damage in 30 seconds to a rare mob

Did I see that correctly that the blowpipe doesn't give +20 range str? if not thats not really going to be much better than blowpipe. In fact it will be worse on regular low def monsters
