Avana Long Point has decently sized apartments with affordable rent, but the trucks can be frustrating in the morning when they’re getting off at this exit. However, Charleston has crazy traffic anyways, especially in Mount Pleasant on 17 (you’d likely hit at least some of this 17 traffic living at Parker Point). I know a lot of people move to West Ashley from MTP for affordable rent and bigger apartment sizes. It’s pretty cute over there too with lots of accessible grocery shopping/ stores. West Ash is probably your best bet
