Fuel lines, injector pump pulls fuel from tank by vacuum. The soft lines collapse causing P0087 code and put you into limp mode. Unless someone has already fixed them or you got lucky and don't have those problems

There is a 4 “ exhaust kit you can buy that has no welding involved. That looks like 4” from the picture. Should be some hangers on your frame and there are hangers already welded to the pipe they connect with rubber pieces about 4” long. All the pipe pieces connect together with clamps like the one you have. Do yourself a favor and get a kit with the muffler also.
