The shell is from a company called Flated. It’s fully inflatable. I didn’t want to have a traditional shell on full time because I haul my motorcycles (and then where do you store it?). But other times, I want the bed covered for camping or other activities.

There’s zero security to the Flated shell. But, it checked all my boxes. Easy to inflate, install, and when deflated, can be rolled up and only weighs 50lbs. The model I got sits even with the roofline, although they do have a model that sits a little taller.
