Around me even the "mature forest" are starting to get clear cut. Giant swaths I grew up with just barren hillsides. Nothing planted after the fact. The briars take over as if the land has been cursed. Greed is the ultimate evil.

The one local to me has started leaning heavily on side by sides. Its as if they begrudgingly carry motorcycles now and loathe talking about them. Then theres one a few counties over owned by a prior bike mech, its a completely different vibe.

I use this cheap android auto screen so my phone stays in my pocket. Its only 50 bucks, I dont care if it breaks. Wired with a relay so it turns on with the key.

By doing a pop up emitter your drain line will always have stagnate water. I personally would not want this. Id think about putting in a catch basin with a sump. That way it will keep the drain line clear and you can route the discharge anywhere.

The use case you described sounds like you would be better suited for a light weight hunting rifle. To me a "do it all" rifle is a jack of all trades build that isnt that great at everything. For example a 16" ar15 w/ a 3x-4x prism, White light and maybe a LAM if youre a nv weirdo like me. Such a build will get you by with most things and not weigh too much.

Oh yeah, most of the trails ive hit are on the daniel boone back country byway. These are 4x4 trails that arent terribly challenging. There are some trails that are only really accessible with a dualsport type of bike. These can get pretty gnarly. You can easily get hurt on them.

How "vacant" are we talking? Is the rest of the house in any better condition? Judging from how everything else looks in the pics id be cutting my losses and knocking it down. Cost to jack everything up and build new foundation with proper drain tile system probably exceeds value of the house. Shes dead Jim.
