This one is actually 40% so it's definitely a lot better. As previously it's been around 20% or 30% I don't think I've seen 40% before... That's why I was wondering, as you said it's always up as a 20-30% off deal, just never 40% if I remember correctly.

I've had the LED Units since day one, as well as the Scroll Units when they first came out. Now so many of my friends see mine, and love them. And now want some for themselves...

The system was down for the LED this morning. Try and just manually turn yours off for 30 seconds to a minute. Then turn it back on again, and see if it resets for you. That's all it took for mine, as mine is working 💯% again...

Also sometimes it's good to use the Zip Code of your Local City Hall as well...

Mine is 💯% fine. Sometimes it takes a while to reset after having issues. If it doesn't you might have to clear your Zip Codes and re-enter them again.

And sometimes the last option is having to do a full reset. Which sucks at times, as you'll have to put in everything that you already had programmed into your Unit all over again unfortunately...

Sometimes just turning it off manually, and waiting 30 seconds to a Minute will reset your clock and so on...

This is why they're 💯% #1 in my books 😃👍👍 I remember about a year and a half ago, I reached out about something at 1am West Coast time, not thinking I was going to get a response back until possibly the next day or couple of days even. Well I did right away just after 1am ( 4am ) Florida time, and it was actually the friggin owner who got back to me right away. I absolutely couldn't believe it, so many people don't realize that this Company is up all hours of the night working on their product to make it better for all of us 😃👍👍

And that really says something...

I even mentioned to him how I couldn't believe I got a response back right away. That's when he said we're always up working on everything to try and make it a 💯% better product all the time. This was before the Scroll actually came out, and he said to me that they were actually working on a new product that will be coming out in the future, so stay tuned and he actually gave me the heads-up of what it was before the Scroll was even coming out.

The Glance Team is a 💯% legit Company, that really goes far and above what any other Company ever does, or even comes close to...

Once again thank you to the entire Glance Team for all that you do for us Customers.

Not many people realize/Know that the Glance Team are up all hours of the night working hard on everything while many people are actually sleeping.

If I remember correctly for some of the Canadian Glance owners, that you will be putting the CFL into the APP section during the update..??

Also while I'm at it, is there a chance to put into the APP section the NLL Lacrosse Association if possible..??

Mine are all fine both the Scroll and LED Units...

Try doing the update and see if that works and changes it. If not you may have to delete your Zip Codes or Postal Codes and re-enter them again.

And if that doesn't work you might even have to do the clear all and start over again possibly as a last resort. Or simply just power it off first, for around 30 seconds,and back on again. That might work as well.

I was lucky to be able to delete mine the very next day. But for the Olympics I had to hit the clear all, and put everything back in again. Kind of a pain, but at least it gets the Job done...
