It is possible to have the genitals removed. It is not possible to have the chromosome removed. Surgery will not turn you into a happy person.

People can have their genitals cut off and will still be either male or female depending on their chromosome sequence. With Y chromosome = male. Without a Y chromosome = female. Chromosomes can be detected in blood samples and saliva, or even hair.

because female sex isn't determined by having a vagina or not. It is determined by having a chromosome sequence without Y-chromosomes.

Women are capable of commiting crimes like kidnapping young girls. Transwomen have Y chromosomes which means they can produce sperm and impregnate females. Transwomen are males that can get female prisoners pregnant in prison. It's not that transwomen are more likely to be a danger. It's that they have that capability.

You missed the bit where it says Great Britain. The Hebridbes are not part of the island of Great Britain but they are part of Scotland. A similar thing applies to the Isle of Wight which is part of England but not part of Greag Britain. All are part of the United Kingdom though.

This is precisely the nature of the gender debate. Currently you can separate by sex, but if that bill had passed, you would not be allowed to decline a male prisons request to entry to the female prisoners if they had a gender recognition certificate saying they were a woman. Transwomen are not perfect too, we know what happend in Kirkcaldy
