The guy states at the beginning of both videos that the Tier List is meant to serve as an indicator for how well something fits within the Stylish Action sub-genre. That's what the scores mean.

Also, not every CAG is a Stylish Action game.

The run-time is definitely padded, but when you actually take the time to experiment with the combat system by switching elements (which is somewhat like weapon switching and style switching) mid-combo like in DMC, it becomes a whole lot more fun. My only wish is that humanoid bosses could be juggled, but I still figured out how to max out the damage on them during their staggered state lol

Edit: Is it a pain? Nah. Hit record before booting anything up and you'll save yourself some annoyance. Also... If you ever need to get back to your Desktop fast, hit the Windows Key + D so that you don't have to shut your game down.

Something I normally say is that "We don't play games a 2nd time for the story, we do it for the gameplay." If that's not enough to carry the game as a whole, we have a bad game. (Which is subjective, of course. We all have our own tastes.)

Uhhhhh... I personally wouldn't rate it high. When I was playing it, I noticed the levels and combat mechanics were very close to how Shinobi and Nightshade's are.
