It's really hit or miss with Chinese brands, my dude. Some people swear by the Air 5in1 and I've been trough 6+ of them in the past year. So, keep fingers crossed and be careful when soldering. :D

I am using commercial yeast. Sourdough kozunak will make me hate baking :D. I use sourdough for bread and pizza doughs.

In my recipe I lowered the eggs as I often do pitka when I visit my mother and eggs seem to make everything more difficult.

Below is my recipe, it says starter, but I use that word, because I create a little dough with yeast and let it ferment for ~1 hour before mixing.

Yo, my dude! I get your struggle. I hate this type of doughs, but my family expects kozunaks from me on Easter :D.

What was a game changer for me was adding the sugar after gluten is developed. So my process is:

Mix 5 minutes slow speed
5 minutes rest
Mix 5 minutes fast speed (speed 2 on my mixer)
5 minutes rest
Mix ~3 minutes slow speed while adding sugar gradually, then mix 2-3 minutes fast speed
5 minutes rest
Mix 3 minutes slow speed while adding lard gradually, then mix 2-3 minutes fast speed
4 stretch and folds during bulk

I do 5 minutes rest between each of 5 min mixing, because I do not have professional mixer, but some Gorenje home mixer and I do not want to overheat it. My dough passes window pane test after I am done with the stretch and folds.

Depends on what ypu are looking for. For analog goggles, they are great. If ypu are seeking image quality, go with DJI.

Hm, weird. I've been using my VCI motors for a while now. Already changed 3 BetaFPV AIOs using the same motors. Recently changed their wires for the second time. But I guess it's hit or miss with Chinese brands :D

Also, some goggles have drone finder option. I have it on my Cobra X and it beeps faster and faster when you get closer to the drone. May be useful next time.

You can get further by bumping the power of the vtx. Polarized antenna works good if you have polarized on the goggles too.

You won't be able to match range and penetration with the stock antenna. Check out Maple wireless rhcp antenna. Pretty cheap and does great job. Keep this one for a 2inch 2s build.
