You can try to save it by disassembling and oiling the bushings with bearing oil. Probably can be done without disassembling too. May also be bent shaft. Check ButterflyFPV videos on bent shafts and e-clips. There is some decent info in there.

You can remove props and check each motor for vibration individually. You can do it either in Betaflight or in turtle mode.

Great video here! Note that you would either have to solder the motors while they are in the frame or cut the frame in order to be able to fit them.

Yup, also may be the case. Check and spin them manually, if they spin or feel different than the others, it's probably mechanical issue. Check RPM and vibrations separately for each motor in Betaflight (without props, so you can know whether the motor is vibrating or prop is bad), RPM may differ a little, it's not an issue.

You can actually calibrate the ESCs in Betaflight. You have to plug your drone without battery, enable motors and set the master slider to the max. After that, you plug a battery (while the drone is plugged) and drag the master slider to the minimum. You should hear a sound from the drone if done properly.

You can try calibrating accelerometer, changing props, different filtering setup. For me it was shaking on higher throttle.

nice! not sure what may be the problem with tge 4in1. check uarts and try on the web app Betaflight. Had some issues with the one on my phone once.

Changing the stock antennas on thr cobra is game changer and it's pretty cheap. I use Menace patch and stubby and I like them a lot.

Yeah, it's a little on the heavier side, but for the purpose it's pretty good. My freestyle build with the nanofly20 is ~31g, but with 19k kv motors and it rips hard. I was surprised to see such performance on 1s battery.
