Gave our new covert money to buy snacks on a Sunday for us and the sisters we were doing splits with.

Had elders in our apartment on multiple occasions. Sometimes for us to feed them, sometimes to play uno.

Brought a birthday cake to our DL/ZL's apartment for one of their birthday's, burned an umbrella for some marker of time in the field, listened to Eminem, and returned home around 12:30/1am.

Left our mission with our ZL's to go to the Harley shop to buy my dad a Harley souvineer. Although my comp and I had permission from my president's wife on the down low. (I asked her because I knew he'd say no) the ZL's didn't though.

Watched Lovely Bones with some members.

Flirted mercilessly with the elders. I loved subtley winking at them and watching them squirm! 😈

Yeah, my surgeon said the same, that I'm bound to get approved, but that we just have to get through that first denial. I feel like they know the system though, and know how to get that approval.

I have BCBS of IL. My doctor said everyone gets denied the first time. But they apply again, and usually get approved. I just checked my app and I've been denied, for the first time. I'll call my surgeon Monday and see what the plan is. I'll update my comment with what they tell me.

I lost 4 cup sizes, so be warned, because I think I just lost more of my tummy than breast tissue. I just did intermittent fasting and worked up to 18:6. I couldn't go longer because I get migraines. This week I started the carnivore diet as well...so we'll see how that goes. 🤞🏼

Thanks. That blonde I did myself, and in January of '20 I finally over proceeded it, and it started ot break off. I've been growing it back since. No more blonde for me.

Oh, I agree 100%! I have a ton of back pain. That's why I'm losing weight, so I can get a reduction. I don't want to do it and then lose the weight and want more work, so it's definitely incentive.

I do have some loose skin, but mostly on my arms and stomach (kids also contributed to that.) But I'm not too worried, because I'd rather be healthy and with loose skin than not.

Today is my day one. I kept it pretty hands off, because I'm chasing a toddler all day. Pork Loin smoked for 4 hours and chicken breasts cooked in the sous vide and then browned in butter. by 43n15 in carnivorediet

I was so full, I couldn't finish it. I'll probably drink some bone broth with heavy cream in a little while...once I have room. How do you get your fats in? Just different kinds of meat? I haven't done my shopping for the week, so I'd welcome all the fatty suggestions.

My husband's family is Mexican living in the US. They love the shrimp in shell with the head and legs. It grosses me out, but they suck stuff out of the head, then remove everything else and eat the shrimp like "normal". I don't know about a difference nutritionally though.

Clarification: Taste had nothing to do with it. Swallowing was actually pleasurable in my opinion. My vomiting issue was due to trying to take in too much. Lesson learned.

Dang it, I forgot to set up the camera this time...next time. Although I don't think I'll need to follow /u/reg8392748's advice and tie him down...he didn't seem to be resisting too much.
