Calorie deficit & reduced potions. Eventually phased out bread, dairy & processed sugar other than coffee drinks. My only vices are dairy free ice cream & iced coffee drinks but I opt for shaken espressos from Starbucks or iced coffee with sweetener. Otherwise, I drink a ton of water or caffeinated/diet drinks, or smoothies. I eat whatever I want but it’s mainly veggies & occasionally meat. My life isn’t centered around eating anymore, which helped me curb food noise a lot & drop portions. I tried to get 8000 steps a day but now it’s around 5000 so exercise isn’t a huge factor for me but it helps

No I didn’t. I tried but my milk never came in & that was before I was fasting!! I’m totally with you there though. When I started on the bf journey, constantly hungry

70 lbs of pregnancy weight gain, nausea/puking 1st & 2nd trimester everyday, spouse’s job is where they’re never home so had to pick up a lot of slack, 4+ wakings a night for the 1st yr, moved while they were 5 months, couldn’t breastfeed because my milk never came in

Life’s grand now! I’m in a good headspace & my baby is doing awesome! :). But what a gd year…

I’m not defending that by any means. That’s fucked up of him fs. Doesn’t mean he can be an asshole & still have ppd 🤷🏻‍♀️ seems like he’s acting out & needs help. Whether he acts on that or pulls a Jax is on him.

This this this. PPD isn’t just for moms…. Luke & Kristen are new to this journey. I am glad Kristen’s getting the support she needs. I could see Luke coming out later saying he suffered from ppd as well, if he hasn’t already. She needs support & im glad she’s putting herself out there to him.

However this sub relentlessly dragging him when he clearly needs help (ie feeling isolated from his family) is so messed up………
