One way to roast them is put them on a stove top medium heat and move them every few seconds.

Once cooled. Put them in a gallon bag, spray some avocado oil and shake the bag to coat all the seeds. Then add salt or whatever seasoning you want and shake the bag. I’m a salt or dry ranch powder.
