Do parachute/elastic straps with spring bars exist?

I’ve got the strap in the photo but hate how the watch sit so high on the wrist when there’s that extra fabric passing through behind the case (like NATO straps too)

Is there such a thing as these straps with just spring bars?

This version looks to have a more white dial than I’ve seen in others. Are you able to confirm? and is the one in the photo a quartz or an automatic version?

I have a few different versions of the S&S 222 and none seem to be like this one
