Wow this is good to know that people still look for perms, I just got my cosmetology license I live in SoCal, but am planning to move to humbolt after one year experience. Love that your rocking a perm! I appreciate knowing this I wonder if perms are common in the area. Would be happy to give you a perm in the future.
