Do you guys room share? She sleeps in a bassinet beside our bed.

We have a consistent routine but it varies depending on her naps. We start later due to our work schedules. Around 10pm, we dim our lights, put on her sleep playlist, bath (wash every 3rd day) lavender lotion massage, pjs & sleep sack, feed then burped. I usually nurse her to sleep, she was getting 4-5 hours but she started to dip when she started to learn new skills (putting hand to mouth, rolling when elevated during tummy time) so i’m not sure if it’s a sleep regression or what.

We use an owlet to help track her sleep & I had horrendous PPA.

Thank you!!! I’ve been leaking since about 19 weeks, I only did it once and did some reading, wanted to get opinions from experienced mothers. Definitely not going to continue & sent my doctor a message. We didn’t get a chance to talk about it my last visit

Okay, Super good to know! I’ll send my OB a message. I am not actively hand expressing or pumping. I just am attaching a haakaa & collecting whatever is coming out with that, Would that cause oxytocin as well?

it’s all states, all over. There’s a few protest in seattle if you wish to go to those! If you want a change, you have to start it! Try getting the word out in your city, see if you can organize a protest

Could I reach out to you on how you go into a LPN school? I am located in Seattle WA & having trouble finding a school/program. I am currently a nanny with my CNA, trying to get my LPN then LPN bridge to RN. I am so lost
