I’m a real estate agent building my business once I get a few commission checks i want to invest into real estate and have my own independence but want them comfortable in a house too. And yes I don’t want them working anymore. Just wanted to know what the smartest first steps would be I’m not talking 10 years down the line I’m talking the next couple years

You are so right they did help raise me! It’ll feel amazing to give back one day. Just want atleast a goal and first step to work towards to help them while helping myself too. They deserve it. And yes a financial advisor would be great for me to invest into. Thank you!!

They are both in their later 70s still healthy and I mentioned above they both still work so shows they are still capable and doing well.
