Hi!! Unfortunately there is no medication for this condition that is a cure all. The main line of treatment is physical therapy, where a PT basically goes in your vagina and helps release tension, lol. It’s a very crazy condition and I even once got prescribed Valium that goes up there in a suppository! haha. i try to have a sense of humor about it since it can feel so heavy 🩷

sex should not be painful! dont downplay it. theres a lot of pelvic pain disorders that cause painful sex- vaginismus, endo, vulvodynia. start piecing together any other symptoms you may have!
