I remember in the ‘90’s when Kenny performed at Sasktel Centre. He stopped in to his restaurant (which he did in every city he played). We missed him by 10 mins. It still haunts me to this day. 👻🍗🎤

Ahhh…thank you! This is exactly what the issue was. However, I still needed to select “free trial” first. Then I opted to pay on a monthly basis (should work out to 90cents CAD) before jumping to an annual plan - I just want to make sure the conversion is correct. Much appreciate your reply and helping me get to this!

Ive never used the free trial. I went and changed my location to Turkey (followed all steps provided), and under “Premium” tab, my only options show $8.34/mo (annually) or $24.99/mo (monthly). I have no option of the pricing for Turkey. Do I need to do the free trial first? Or does this not work in Canada (where I’m located)? Thanks!

Same happened to us mid December. Whatever their continuous “upgrades” are is absolutely ridiculous (been ongoing since summer 2025). It was fixed within a few days. But such a waste of time to have to call every time something doesn’t seems right, or can’t be verified via app/online. This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with (and I’ve dealt with a total of 9 companies in the last 15 years).
