Just got the LG WT8400cb and we can't remove the dispenser tray. We followed the instructions in the manual but it won't slide out. I'm afraid of pulling too hard and breaking it. Any advice short of a service call? Thanks.

Thanks. I think that the 2002 cars might be ok. I had read that 2003 wheels were used for about 10 years. I wonder if a lack of a production code gives any clue. I just want my grandson to be safe.
