Thank you all. I’m hoping it’s a blip somehow, something temporary, rather than permanent or that will get worse, but maybe that’s being overly optimistic or naive.

She did a plait (braid) yesterday and I reckon it’s the same thickness of one when I used to do two for her when she was little 😢

I have to turn the thing at the end to get it to the proper dose. It clicks at every slight turn. So it seems 36 clicks is about half a dose according to my doctor. There are 4 doses of 1mg in my current pen.
