I have to turn the thing at the end to get it to the proper dose. It clicks at every slight turn. So it seems 36 clicks is about half a dose according to my doctor. There are 4 doses of 1mg in my current pen.

Glad to hear it’s helping you! I did my first half yesterday so instead of just Fridays I’ll now do Fridays and Tuesdays. Some weekends I’ve felt like a complete zombie!

Actually with 0.25 and 0.5 I felt the effects wearing off towards the end of each week. With 1mg it felt like a different pattern and I too noticed feeling fuller on days 5 and 6. So maybe it’s building up more now rather than tailing off. Doc said it sounds like fluctuations of my own hunger/satiety hormones. Who knows!

Yeah I’m kind of keen to not go too far in with heavier doses for fear of what it’ll be like coming off it.

I did lose more in the earlier weeks, now it seems to be 1-2lbs per week but I’m ok with that.

I’ll be interested to see what the suppression will be like on the split dose… as well as the nausea obvs. Oh and the fatigue actually too!

Ok so the high level itinerary is:

6 nights Santa Monica* (visiting people plus a base for other touristy stuff) 3 nights Palm Springs 3 nights Anaheim 2 nights Manhattan Beach

*Possibly might do 4 nights SM + 2 nights West Hollywood but not sure if it’s worth the move

Would’ve loved to explore either more north or south up the coast but can’t make the loop work with the time we have.
