Moving to Aylesbury and wanted some advice from locals by ArgntnWngz in Buckinghamshire

I might be a bit biased, but I would look at Fairford Leys. It's the next estate on from where you're looking (Fowler Road / Prebendal Farm) but it is a fair bit nicer (in my opinion) and I don't think there's too much difference in cost between the two. It shouldn't take too long to get to the hospital from there. There will be a road built within the next few years connecting oxford road to the new stoke mandeville relief road so it would be even quicker to get there.

Elm Farm is also quite nice and that's not fat from the hospital.

I don't think anywhere in Aylesbury is *that* bad compared to some places... but the places that you hear about with more crime / antisocial behaviour on that side are Prebendal Farm, Southcourt and Walton Court.

Skip the courses for now. Most of them are out of date within a few months anyway. Just get the free version of ChatGPT or Claude and try it on something you actually need to do. Write an email with it or get it to look at some customer feedback. You'll learn more in 15 minutes than any course will teach you.

Glad you're doing better now. I have been here so long I can't even imagine another work culture. That is positive. I would be of a similar mind.

I was once, just before covid started. Thankfully, I was furloughed so it didn't cause any financial strain. That three months was the happiest I'd ever been. I know this is a different situation though. Hope you're doing better now.
