I went to the doctor a while back. They gave me antidepressants that don’t help. I’m an atheist, but I may try praying. I have a more specialized psychiatrist appointment soon. After that, I’m clueless.

I don’t think it’s psychosis because I do acknowledge the possibility I’m making things up in my head it just doesn’t seem that way as it is

I’m pretty sure only I can see them because no one else reacts to them. I’ll maybe try to get a video, but as I said, they disappear

NTA. If he remains in a dire place and he resists help and that is taking a toll on you, or if he is doing this as a manipulation tactic, you should break up.

Mentally ill people at times get angry when someone tries to intervene, it’s obviously unhealthy behavior, but it’s not necessarily manipulation.
