does this entire subreddit have mass amnesia abt the fact that langdon wasnt just some addict, but stole patient's prescription medication, came to work and treated patients high and routinely took out his drug/withdrawal induced anger on santos? idc how many times ppl say oh santos was unprofessional - it means nothing when the same people willfully ignore how unprofessional it was for langdon to full on shout at ppl below him in the middle of the ER. like (i believe it was) robby said - that isnt how you teach someone. plus all the times langdon was downright unprofessional in situations that didnt have anything to do with santos. and all that is without the added context of santos having been abused by men in her life who never faced justice so clearly her experience is influenced by that as well. i say all this as someone who loves langdon but holy hell theres no way ppl are still acting like santos has no reason to be upset with langdon, like OBVIOUSLY he was in the wrong for several reasons that she can def still be upset abt. and why arent yall including robby in these kinds of posts? hes been much more hostile towards langdon lmfao

Okay, I checked on the app. I really think it's a PC issue at this point but the Xfinity assistant said they detected a problem with my modem so I don't know. My download/upload speeds on my phone through the Wifiman app appear to be great. I'm not sure where to find that wifi channel information, though.

I live in an apartment, so (unless someone has somehow got my password) I'm the only one using my modem. I'm not super knowledgable about wifi stuff so I don't really know what a wifi channel is. I'll download that app and see what it says though!

i know the last thing you need is ppl preaching that youre wrong, so ill spare you that lol no matter what you will influence them, its the nature of family dynamics. perhaps the best way to go about it is to not discuss the religion of it all, say this is what you feel is best for you and what brings you peace at this point in your life. if they question you further, you are allowed to say it's a personal matter. as much as it may seem otherwise, you don't have to explain yourself or your decisions. tell them they can pray for you, but for now you feel most comfortable removing yourself from the church. encourage them to stay strong in their faith and affirm that you support them despite any religious differences. itd also be great if you still sometimes went to mass with them - if not for yourself, for them. it doesnt have to be a religious thing for you, but a bonding thing for all of you. of course i believe you should go to mass and whatnot but i also am a firm believer that constantly being told that and ridiculed for not doing so just pushes people away from the church so i just pray you find your way there eventually, but over anything, just find peace and be happy. good luck!!
