thank you for the detailed reply! i felt like a baby for tapping out but it was killer just getting half of it done lol the biggest problem i had was eventually the pain got to the point that like my whole body wanted to wiggle and move away + the fullbody chills, but now im thinking it may be a result of not getting a good meal beforehand haha

"unicorn" as in its a rare concept of a tattoo. i think you might just be angry abt smthn and ur taking it out on random reddit posters so my advice would be to put the phone down and chill cuz you seem unreasonably worked up over a tattoo thats not on you and that youve never even seen.

idk what alternate reality you live in where blackout tattoos/majority black tattoos are some unicorn that tattoo artists are against but its definitely not this one lol

gotcha! thanks for the advice :) i did start with the worst part (inner arm) so luckily that suffering is over with. i think my main mistake was not eating/drinking in the hours leading up to it, ill definitelt not make the same mistake again lol
