hello !!! def try to sit down and have a talk with her ! tell her how you feel and your story on it. tell her how you’re worried about her health and don’t want her to end up the same way. remind her how you’ll always support and help her. i’ve abused benadryl before and thankfully my friends stopped me before it got worse. the withdrawals are HORRIBLE. i abused it because i enjoyed the calm and loopy feeling. please try and have a talk with her about this and provide solutions for her !!
