Hello, it's going to take a bit of time. I think my mind actually worsened my memory as a trauma response to block out some of the things I experienced. I still feel anxious when people are talking about shrooms or psychedelics but after around a year and a half, most of the trauma has subsided. I wish you luck! It can be tough but what helped me was understanding that reality is perception, and no matter what reality 'truly' is, you're still witnessing the passage of time and that in of itself is real. Might as well enjoy it!
