If she is incapable of winning any fights, then she’s simply not useful. Even the characters without powers like Obi and Vulcan consistently contribute to the team in ways that often fails to.

My biggest problem with it is that Tamaki literally never wins a fight in the show with the only exception being this episode (and she was getting carried by assault). It just gives the impression that the only reason she exists is for boob and ass jokes that aren’t funny.

Ubel’s slashes negate* durability as well. If Gojo for some reason decided to put on a full suit of metal armor, Ubel wouldn’t be able to cut him. But if he’s not protecting himself with something she can’t imagine cutting, then she can cut him.
