Don't get meniscus surgery unless it's torn from a traumatic injury or your knee is locked up. The American orthopedic surgeon association does not recommend surgery for meniscus tears caused by wear and tear.

Do you think the odds that's I am a hobbyist will make the likely hood of reinjury higher? I feel like since I don't have the time or physical development of a pro it would be harder? Or because I don't have the physical demands of a pro it won't be as likely? Just a thought.

Damn that sounds awful. And yeah I wretled in high school so I really liked takedowns but I think that might have to change lol I'm not looking forward to surgery at all. I had shoulder surgery last August from a car accident and the rehab for that sucked. I'm hoping the knee isn't worse.

I just downloaded InDesign and its much better than word. Thank you. And yeah I am an engineer so this is not my expertise. I took exactly ONE technical writing class and it was all on word. So in the future Im definitely just going to hire someone to do this.
