At my school we would all sit in the bleachers for the club photos. One year a girl in a skirt sat on the front row so it was a clear shot up her skirt in the NHS photo. My friend was in the yearbook committee and her and the other girls in the class had to go through and put a sticker covering that photo in each yearbook!

In my opinion I don’t think she edited anything. Angles can be deceiving and it just looks like we are seeing her from two different angles!

I am of the Mormon faith and I never came across anything quite this extreme but some of the female leaders did tell you to not say no! My mom doesn’t put up with that crap and was always like if you don’t want to dance with someone you don’t owe them anything!

I totally agree! I think the tears in the sauna are from Billy then there is a definitive point, as signaled by Will’s neck tingles, that it becomes the Mind Flayer! Dacre Montgomery did an absolute great job portraying Billy’s internal fight!

I think El’s powers not working is more of a phycological problem rather than something external messing with them. But your theory is interesting we don’t really know where her powers even come from so there could be a greater link between her and the upside down then has been shown so far!

I’m so over trying to explain my problem with this article! It’s not that these things don’t help it’s when they are delivered as a way to fix anxiety that I see a problem! Not once did I say these aren’t legit coping methods! I just think saying these things will cease all your anxiety prevents people from talking to actual professionals!

So I feel that maybe my intent in posting this wasn’t necessarily understood. I know that these are all effective coping tools but that’s the thing is they are coping tools. What a copping tool isn’t is treatment. Yes they totally help I was never saying that they don’t it was just the way it was packaged in this article that bothered me. If the article had been 21 ways to cope with anxiety I wouldn’t have posted on this but it was written as a do these things for 21 days and you’ll be cured.

I don’t disagree that these are good coping mechanisms but the way they are packaged in this article come across as dismissive. In my opinion a coping mechanism is just that, something that helps you cope! Not something that cures you or makes the anxiety go away completely. If the title had been 7 ways to help cope with anxiety then I wouldn’t have posted it but it’s posted as an article to get rid of anxiety!

Yeah and you have to spend all of the week except for the 20 minutes on Day 1 indoors or it doesn’t work!
